7. AWAC and scanners are allow, but their scan range can be expanded only for +6 scan points (not more) by buying.
8. Не больше 2 тренировочных залов.

9. Высылаются текстом координаты атакующей подлодки

The first player goes with 2nd on 61st round, stops factories, remembers quantity of the rounds which have remained before the construction of buildings, sends the saved game.
The second player makes from 61th to the 120th round, stops factories, remembers quantity of the rounds which have remained before the construction of buildings, sends the saved game.
Production of allowed war units can be started in turn 121.
Дополнительные ограничения
1. Во время моратория нельзя производить боевые юниты (включая стационарные) и минеров.
During the moratorium we cannot build war units of all kind (stationary defence too) and mine layers
2. Во время моратория нельзя двигать юниты за 82 (нижний игрок) и 31 (верхний игрок) горизонталь. Постройки также не должны заходить за указанные координаты.
During the moratorium can not move the units beyond line 82 (for down side) and 31 (for up side). These lines are the last ones where player is allowed to build something.
3. Без цепочек Депо/Доков/Бараков (минимальное расстояние между однотипными зданиями 5 клеток в любую сторону). Ангаров это не касается.
No chains Depot/Docks/Baraks (the minimum distance between buildings of the same type 5 cells).
4. Соотношение РАБОТАЮЩИЕ авиазаводы / РАБОТАЮЩИЕ шахты 1:5. Если шахты остановлены (нет энергии и т.д.) необходимо принудительно останавливать авиазавод.
