1. DX version or GL update?
2. At what zoom the effect is noticible?
3. What is UDC at the moment?
Then, goto options and change state of `Debug - if FPS is not 40`, this will fix the `FPS stays at 50` overclock.
About resource distribution - no, it wasn`t. The fact is, that the resoure distribution is a full randomize now. Unfortunately, it`s still a beta... |
